On Sunday, we will continue our sermons series in worship, "Quo Vadimus: Where Are We Going?" As we did last Sunday, we will continue considering the current state of the church before looking into the future.
This week, we will consider the attitude that we each bring to the life of the church. Last week, we talked about the current context for faith in modern culture, including some of the fears that we have. Moving forward, we'll consider how the attitude we have shapes our experience of the church and, perhaps more importantly, impacts how other people experience the church. Hopefully, this is clear from the sermon title for Sunday: "Is this a wedding or a funeral?" Our answer to that question will greatly affect the ministry of the congregation in the future.
